The Cricket Revolution was founded to help cricketers improve their performance by working on key preparedness parameters. Our key features include

SKILL

We help athletes analyse using video and slo-mo techniques as to where they stand with respect to where the stood earlier. The TCR compare feature can be used to compare against reference videos, or to analyse a net session/ videos from real time game play. Visual feedback in the skill vertical is intended to help both the coach and the player understand their game better.

STRENGTH

The strength module is designed to help provide players with customised, periodised and monitored programs based on their skill, age and time of the season. This is also coupled with the players load monitored over time so that they can use the TCR dashboard to help themselves prepare better.

NUTRITION

The nutrition module is designed to help players fuel their bodies based on the specific energy demands imposed for different tasks performed on a day to day basis as a cricketer. Adherence to the same is tracked and showcased on the TCR dashboard to help the player and the coach understand how the athlete is fueling himself/herself.

MINDSET

This module is designed to help players understand themselves better. A mood and a written journal which is confidential is provided to the player to help the player assess mood states and estimate different stages of central nervous system fatigue. The athletes are also provided with a sleep tracker and a meditation module to help aid the process of recovery.


TCR DASHBOARD

The TCR dashboard consists of the TCR score which is a proprietary overall score based on the participation and completion of programs and plans in all 4 verticals. The players are provided with a detailed visualisation of each of the verticals which can be used to analyse and interpret their preparedness.
