* Real time auction listings that enable you to receive Market Pricing for your logs. Instead of just receiving one bid from each potential buyer, our system allows for a truly competitive marketplace.
* When you list a lot, TimberBuyer will reach out to the mills in your area on your behalf and send the listing to anyone interested. We will act as a marketing arm for your lots.
* Create listings from your job landing in just a few minutes.
* Our fee is $39/month for unlimited listings. Cancel anytime.
* Note – The winning bidder will pay the seller directly the winning bid price. Also, it is the responsibility of the seller to receive payment in full prior to releasing the lot. There is a full Terms of Service that you must agree to prior to listing lots on our site.

* TimberBuyer provides more options for mills/log buyers. More options enable you to identify the most profitable lots for your orders.
* TimberBuyer is a great source when you are low on inventory and looking for a solution to keep your facility running at full capacity.
* Search for lots within a certain radius of your facility to minimize shipping costs.
* Experienced log buyers are hard to find. Taking advantage of our services enables buyers to view more opportunities than working by themselves.
* Signup is free. We charge a 4% Buyers fee to the winning bidder. You will be asked for a credit card upon signup. You will be able to bid on lots immediately after successful signup.
* Note – The winning bidder will pay the seller directly aside from the 4% buyers fee that we charge. Also, it is the responsibility of bidders to contact the seller, visit the lot and address any questions or concerns prior to bidding. There is a full Terms of Service that you must agree to prior to bidding.
